Walnut & Cream Kitchen with La Cornue Range in Tustin, CA
Rich walnut, softly glazed cream cabinetry, and beautiful natural stone give this Tustin kitchen its distinctive character. With a La Cornue range at its heart and custom details throughout, every element was chosen to create a warm, elegant space.
A Kitchen with a Love for Traditional Craftsmanship
This kitchen takes inspiration from classic European interiors, where beautiful materials and carefully crafted details are part of everyday life.
A rich walnut island anchors the room, complemented by arched walnut cabinetry and soft cream maple cabinets with a glazed finish.
The contrast gives the kitchen depth and warmth, while the natural stone surfaces keep the overall look light and balanced.
Walnut Cabinetry, Marble, and Hand-Glazed Terracotta
Dutch Made and Grabill cabinetry form the foundation of the design. The walnut island and arched cabinetry introduce a rich natural texture, while glazed cream maple cabinets bring a softer finish.
Mystery White marble countertops are paired with a custom backsplash combining Thassos marble and mother-of-pearl mosaic.
The kitchen also features hand-glazed terracotta flooring and decorative tilework, including custom images that give the space a distinctive, handcrafted feel.
A specially designed hood cover completes the cabinetry composition, with custom Waterstone plumbing fixtures adding another carefully considered detail.
Old-World Character with a Serious Kitchen Behind It
Behind the traditional finishes is a kitchen designed for modern cooking.
The La Cornue range takes centre stage, supported by Vent-A-Hood ventilation, a Wolf microwave, and a 48-inch Sub-Zero refrigerator concealed within the cabinetry.
Two Miele dishwashers add everyday convenience without disrupting the design.
From the custom walnut details to the hand-glazed tilework, this Tustin kitchen brings together decorative craftsmanship and high-performance appliances in one carefully planned space.
