Every great story has a beginning and an end. The story of Le Gourmet Kitchen began in 1992. But it’s nowhere near its final chapter. Over the years we’ve grown into a full-service remodeling company. We have many projects, plans and ideas ahead. And before we look forward, we invite you to discover how it all began.

 OUR EARLY DAYS

The story of Le Gourmet Kitchen begins in 1992, when Bruce Colucci and Town Bradner launched not one, but two complementary companies:

  • Creative Custom Cabinetry – focused on producing high-quality, custom-built cabinetry.

  • Interior Imaginations – dedicated to full-service interior design.

Together, these two ventures combined product expertise with creative design, forming the foundation for what would become Le Gourmet Kitchen.

In 1993, Le Gourmet Kitchen launched its first showroom – a bold and modern step for the market at that time. For the first time, customers could experience a full-service kitchen and bath design studio: from planning to product selection to remodeling, all under one roof.

In 2004, Le Gourmet Kitchen welcomed its new co-owner, Jonathan Salmon, who joined Bruce Colucci as an equal partner.

In 2005, the company relocated for the first time, moving to the historic district of Old Town Orange. The expanded space served as both a design studio and home to Laguna Culinary Arts, a hands-on cooking school that offered classes to the public, creating a unique blend of design and culinary experiences.

CHALLENGES WE’VE OVERCOME. OUR PATH SINCE 2005

The twenty years that followed were not easy ones. Le Gourmet Kitchen faced two major economic recessions and the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Each moment tested us in new ways, demanding flexibility, patience, and courage.

However, every challenge only made us stronger. We refined how we design, expanded what we offer, and found creative ways to support our clients when they needed reliability most.

NEW ERA BEGINS

In 2025, Le Gourmet Kitchen began its next chapter. Olesia Kravchenko, Ukrainian interior designer and her husband Viktor Kravchenko became new co-owners of Le Gourmet Kitchen. It marked a fresh start for the company. So much has been done. First of all, our showroom relocated to 72 E. Main Street in the heart of historic Old Town Tustin.

The new leadership team rebranded the company and modernized its digital presence: developing a new marketing strategy, launching a new website, and building communication system across social media platforms.

   OUR MISSION TODAY

From its very beginning, Le Gourmet Kitchen has stayed true to its core values – innovative design, superior craftsmanship, and personalized service. Those early years motivated and encouraged us, while difficult years shaped us. They became the foundation of Le Gourmet Kitchen that stands steady in uncertainty and remains deeply committed to the people we work for.
